Weird Exercise Lifts Booty 1/2 Inch In 14 Days

If you want a nice booty, and have been looking for a great exercise to lift your butt, shape it, and make it look rounder (and not flat), then check out this weird exercise that will lift it 1/2 inch in 14 days. Your butt is a huge factor in the way that you look and in your sex appeal.

Weird Exercise Lifts Booty Fast

The exercise is called ball wall squats. You perform the exercise by grabbing one of those “sit up balls” and putting it against the wall even with your lower back. Then leaning against the ball and with your legs about a 12″ to a 18″ in front of you, do a squat. The ball will roll up your back to your upper shoulders as you get to the bottom of your squat.

This exercise will strengthen and develop lean sexy muscle in your butt, mainly the top of your butt which will help to lift it at least 1/2 inch in 14 days. You should do this exercise at least 3 times per week and always with at least 1 day of rest in between. Do 15 repetitions and take a 30 second rest in between each set. Do 6 sets.

Tips & Warnings
Don’t let your knees go pass your toes because it creates to much strain and pressure on them for no reason. Just start with your feet a little further out in front of you at the beginning of the squat.

This is a great workout for lifting your butt and it can be done at home with or without weights. If you want to add some weight to the exercise just grab a couple of dumbbells in each hand and let your arms hang by your side.

Having a “flat butt” is mainly due to the lack of muscle in your butt and the abundance of fat. This ball wall squat exercise will help to alleviate you of both will lifting and shaping your bum.
