If you have been trying to lose weight, but need a little help, then you will love our little tip about how to lose weight eating apples. Losing weight has it’s challenges, but one of the biggest challenges is eating to much, eating the wrong kinds of foods, and emotional eating.

Well, our little tip about eating apples will help you to lose weight fast and put an end to some of your troubles that I listed above. Apples have about 5 grams of fiber per apple. The reason this is so cool is because fiber does a few things:

1. It helps you to feel full, which stops you from over eating and turns the “hunger” signal off from your brain.

2. It cleans your digestive tract so that your body has better absorption and need less food to get nutrition.

The combo effect of both of these is that you end up eating less food, but never go hungry.

How Should You Incorporate Apples Into Your Diet?

You should start to eat at least 3 apples a day. You will get 15 grams of fiber out of this which about half of the total amount that you need just from eating the apples.

You can eat them as a snack or as part of a meal. If you find yourself “snacking” on lots of bad foods (high calorie, nutrient sparse) try eating one apple just before you snack to help you feel more full and keep you from eating as much of the “bad” stuff. lol

If you really want to lose weight, then adding 3 apples to your diet is a great way to help you with overeating and eating too many calories.
