I believe this to be true.
My husband and I got this book back when my father was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma in 2004 and read it from cover to cover in 1 day.
The story alone changed how we think and feel about food and nutrition. We took a lot of it to heart and tried to follow many of the guidelines in this book as often as possible.
The Maker’s Diet is based off of what God intended for us to eat and live on to be healthy.
The foods are similar, if not exactly, what we hear about that they ate in the Bible.
We have actually started the complete program, simply to be healthier and rid our bodies of toxins. I will outline how the program goes for us, hopefully day-by-day.
We didn’t start and follow the program to a “T” before now. Our health, for our entire household, is at the forefront of our minds these days, and we’re going to go through the “40-day health experience”.
The Maker’s Diet outlines specific meal plans and recipes for 40 days straight, and we are beginning in Phase 1.
