How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Secrets

cellulite.jpgSo, Cellulite has been called names including orange peel syndrome, cottage cheese skin, the mattress phenomenon, and hail damage…and you’re sick of it!

Below you’ll find some interesting info on getting rid of cellulite.

There really are ways to reduce, and even get rid of, cellulite completely, at least to totally eliminate the appearance of it… One way to get rid of cellulite is by doing squats and drinking a lot of water.

Another way to start to get rid of cellulite is to reduce the fats in your diet. The less fat (extra high calorie food) you can eliminate from your diet, the easier and the more rapid success you will find in getting rid of cellulite.

Just a quick note…

…Cellulite is not related to being overweight; average and underweight people also get cellulite everyday.

Hormones including insulin, the catecholamines, adrenaline and noradrenaline, thyroid hormones, and prolactin have all been shown to participate in the development of cellulite.

Although some men get it, over 90% of all cellulite cases occur in women. The reason cellulite is rarely seen in men (obese and non-obese) is because the epidermis, dermis and uppermost part of the subcutaneous tissue is different in males.

You know…an estimated 90% of women have cellulite…the bumpy “cottage cheese” that shows up on the thighs and buttocks. So, if you’re bothered by cellulite, what should you do? You may never completely eliminate all of the cellulite, but the more toned the legs and buttocks are, the better they’ll look and you can completely eliminate the appearance of cellulite.

So, what do you do today?

Increase your water intake to at least 8-10 glasses everyday. Enjoy your food, but cut back on “fats for no reason”.

Start exercising! Focus on circuit training and make sure, at a minimum, you have these exercises in your program: bench, squats, lat pull downs, sit ups, leg curls, dumb bell curls, tricep push downs.

Start walking or jogging at least 4 times per week for 30 mins. And do something active with your friends or family this week.

If you will complete these small steps, you can get rid cellulite one dimple at a time.
