I wanted to talk about weight in general today.

Some people reading this blog have a few pounds to lose, and some have a lot of pounds to lose.

What’s amazing about all of you is that you want to lose weight…And not just lose weight, but lose it naturally…without chemicals, fad diets, and pills.

For everyone, weight is a different issue entirely. Some people, naturally are larger people. Some are naturally slight.

So, everyone has a different expectation for their weight loss as well.

Is it because you have a health problem already? Is it simply because you want to be healthy…a preventative measure?

Whatever the reason, you are applauded for coming here, taking initiative for your own health, and trying to do it naturally…in a lasting, purposeful way! Kudos!
