It’s Day 22, Phase 2 of The Maker’s Diet.
We’ve been working later than desired a few nights a week, as we’re working on a huge project.
We’re actually supposed to be in bed by 10:30 pm on the diet, but our schedule has not been permitting.
So, again, we slept in a little later than we wanted to, and had to run to my naturopath appointment today.
So, by the time we came home, we had an early lunch. I made pan sauteed tilapia in butter with freshly minced garlic, dill, parsley, lemon and pepper! I love it this way!
Kenny made a huge pot of his amazing Coconut & Ginger Chicken Soup, which has become a major staple in our diets as of late! We ate on this through the late afternoon, and figured we’d finish it off for dinner.
There wasn’t too much left of it, but enough for mom & Kenney. So, I finished of the Spicy Creamy Lentil Soup from yesterday! I love that stuff!
Mom has especially been loving to drink and cook with the kefir. She says it’s her new favorite beverage!
