It’s Day 20, Phase 2 of The Maker’s Diet.
We are halfway there! Yeah!
We fasted for breakfast again, accidentally…We actually slept in, so we missed it! LOL
For lunch, I made scrambled eggs for everyone with parsley in them. Lovely…
For dinner, Kenney made some amazing Sweet & Sour Ginger Chicken with organic brown rice! Yummy!
I love sour things! It’s my favorite flavor…
We are officially halfway through the 40-day health experience of The Maker’s Diet.
We’re still really enjoying the food, enjoying cooking at home with each other, and enjoying the health benefits we’re no doubt experiencing in our bodies!
I hope the first 20 days has encouraged you to give this a try. My mother laughs because she doesn’t believe the things we’re eating is a “diet”. She says she can’t keep up with all the food! LOL
