The Maker''s Diet: The 40-Day Health Experience That Will Change Your Life ForeverIt’s Day 18, Phase 2 of The Maker’s Diet.

Alright…bright and early, Kenney made omelets with chives and thyme. I had some orange-cherry juice…Yummy!

I’ve been drinking a lot of water…In fact, my naturopath gave us a formula to determine how much water you should drink per day:

Your Body Weight / (divided by) 2 and that’s how many ounces you should be drinking in a day.

For lunch…Oooh ahhh, Lunch! Kenney made a Nicoise salad, which consists of tuna steak (you should have seen these amazing tuna steaks we got from our fish monger), black olives, romaine lettuce, tomatoes…I made a creamy dill dressing for on top, but you can go vinaigrette all the way.

It was so delicious! Boy!

For dinner, we had left over lamb stew and it was even tastier today than it was the other day! Awesome!

If this is a diet, this is so easy…Everything is so tasty, you get nice sized proportions and it is so beautiful too!
