We had gotten up late, so we went right into an early lunch with mushroom turkey burgers on organic whole grain bread, and it was delectable! Top it off with some goat cheese! I mean, this is seriously delicious!

For dinner, I begged Kenney to make those Oriental Style Tuna Steaks, and I can’t wait to eat them. We had them on Day 4. So, we’ll have that with some veggies, and we’ll eat it all watching American Idol…LOL

Whoa…We missed that you weren’t supposed to have any grains of any kind or starches…

We did have a little bit of bread throughout the 1st phase, and we weren’t supposed to, nor are you supposed to in the 2nd phase.

We’re on it now…Sorry for any confusion…LOL

Those Oriental Tuna Steaks are ridiculously good! Mmm…I could eat those for dinner tonight!
