It’s Day 12, Phase 1 of The Maker’s Diet.
Those spicy stuffed peppers were really, really great! We put a little bit of plain yogurt on them, as we would usually put sour cream on top.
This morning, we ate a little later…Had a doctor’s appointment this am, so it was a “brunch” of eggs Benedict, with turkey bacon of course! LOL
A later lunch of the extra chicken breast we baked with the others last night for last night’s dinner. We’ll have chicken breast sandwiches and some veggies for lunch.
Tonight will be left over spicy chicken stuffed peppers, while we watch American Idol! Ooh Wee!
