It is one thing to want to lose weight naturally, but another issue that needs to be dealt with, even in thin, slim and athletic persons is body image.

I think all people, at some point in their lives, some more than others, have to deal with negative body image.

Maybe they don’t feel as fit, or as thin as they used to.

Maybe they’ve never felt like they were in the shape they wanted to be.

I come to find out that many of my athletic friends, when we were heavy into sports and extremely fit, maybe the most fit in our lives, felt inadequate or not where they wanted to be physically speaking.

It’s amazing to me…Some of my fittest friends have the worst body image, even over some of my friends that may not be so fit.
