The next most important thing is to not skip meals. Especially breakfast. Everyday at a minimum you should always eat breakfast and dinner unless you are doing some type of fasting. You’re eating should be sporadic and not on some type of schedule. But it should be consistent meaning on most days you should eat breakfast lunch and dinner and a snack.

If you drink a lot high calorie drinks like soda, coffee with cream and sugar, chai tea lattes, and alcohol then you’re just throwing away calories. Many times to start losing weight you just need to make a difference of about 300 to 500 calories a day. Many people are losing this many calories were giving away this many calories to just drinks alone. You have to substitute your drinks with low-calorie drinks like water and/or hot tea. Milk is okay also.
