Often times, the food we eat isn’t what’s so bad for us…
…It’s often what the food was cooked in, meaning the unhealthy or high amount of fats or oils used to prepare the food.
One way of reducing your fat consumption from cooking could be to eat some or many foods raw.

Yes i do agree on this i often have a raw carrot as sometimes i just fancy something crunchy.
