It’s Day 28, Phase 2 of The Maker’s Diet.
I’d like to finish the conversation I started yesterday about weight and health going hand-in-hand.
The whole key here is not to get “skinny”…
The whole point is to be at an optimal weight for your individual body to be the healthiest you can be.
When you are overweight, it puts a toll on your joints and bones…That’s extra weight you must carry around day in and day out. That’s extra wear and tear on your body.
Being overweight can occur for different reasons. One being poor food choices, another being unable to stop eating before it’s too many calories, and another being medical reasons, such as hormone imbalances, or retaining water weight.
Whatever the reason, it must be pinpointed as to why your weight is high or increasing before you can work to remedy the situation.
Again, the entire idea here is to be healthy. That could mean physically, mentally or psychologically as well!
As I said yesterday, I discovered a whole range of books from Jordan Rubin on the topic of wellness, health and weight…
The first of which, I’d like to show you that is the basic foundation, as far as I can tell.
I’ll talk more about this tomorrow.
