It’s Day 19, Phase 2 of The Maker’s Diet.
This morning for breakfast, we had berry smoothies with goat milk yogurt. I love these things!
Lunch was late and we had chicken with field mushrooms and oregano, plus veggies on the side – boiled corn on the cob, steamed broccoli and carrots.
We’ll have baked sweet potatoes in butter and steamed veggies - a medley of 2 different string beans, carrots and broccoflower. Veggie night! I love that!
