just how fast can you lose weight, and how much weight can you expect to lose. The answer all depends on the individual, as not every persons body will lose weight at the same speed, it depends on various aspects of our physical make up.
Exercise and strict dieting can do magic if you are trying to lose weight. I did a lot of cardio just to lose weight.`;-
Doing a lot of cardio will help for sure because you are burning calories and if you create a calorie deficit then you will lose weight. You just have to keep it up consistently. You can’t do good one day and then have 3 days off. Doesn’t work that way. It’s a lifestyle.
