Lose 5 Pounds In Two Weeks: Only 3, Seven Min Workouts A Week

If you have been doing those long boring cardio workouts and finding it hard to lose weight, then I hate to tell you this, but you’ve been doing it all wrong. Long boring workouts are very ineffective and hard to continue day after day. What if you could lose 5 pounds in two weeks only working out for 7 minutes 3 times per week?

The key to burning fat is doing high intensity interval training. This means that you work out hard for a short time like 10-30 seconds, then you take a short rest. The rest is usually 2:1 ratio and it is an active rest. This workout builds lean muscle and increases your resting metabolic rate = Burn more calories and fat just chillin.

Example HIIT Workout

Get on the rowing machine and row as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then for 40 seconds you jump rope at a slow speed. Repeat this to 7 total minutes. You will want to do this workout 3 times per week. You lose the majority of your fat after the workout as your body is recovering and rebuilding.

This workout increases your metabolism. Increasing your metabolism is the single biggest factor in losing weight successfully and keeping the weight off. Your metabolism burns more calories than any workout could do on a consistent basis.

Tips & Warning:
Diet is really important. Combining a diet that is balanced in proteins & carbs is critical. Keep a tight eye on total calories. This is a key number. Total calories. If you consume more than you need you will gain weight.
