Lose 10 Pounds In 11 Days On Fad Diet Used By Doctors

If you have been looking at different diets lately and trying to find one that will help you to lose 10 pounds in 11 days, then you will like this diet used by doctors for certain medical patients.

This is an extreme diet (fad diet) that is mainly for informational purposes only. But I wanted to let you know what some doctors are doing to help their patients with particular disease that just so happens to have helped people lose 10 lbs in 11 days.

The diet is the 90% fat diet. Like I said, I am not saying to do this, and it’s definitely not one that you can stay on for longer than the 11 days, but it has proven to cause extreme weight loss.

Lose 10 Pounds In 11 Days – Extreme Doctor’s Diet

This diet was created for patients who were having seizures (epilepsy) to help them relax and keep them from having so many. It was also used for people who have Parkinson’s to help stop “the shakes”. It became popular in the 20s and 30s and now with alternative medical diets becoming popular, it has reemerged as a viable option for the two conditions above.

Since then studies have been done and one showed that the people who used this diet lost .9 pounds per day which is 9.9 pounds (10 lbs) in 11 days.

90% Fat Diet

The reason the 90% Fat Diet (1,200 Calories) works is because your body is forced to believe that it is in starvation mode. When your body thinks that it is starvation (and it’s not getting food) it stores body fat, but when you are giving your body food, but it’s 90% fat, then it doesn’t have enough carbs and protein for energy, it’s forced to use the fat for energy. This is called lipolysis (body is forced to use own fat for energy).

Most of your calories come from cream, butter, coconut oil, full fat yogurt, nuts, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Also from pork, a high fat, adequate protein meat.

Tips & Warnings
The diet should be supplemented with calcium and vitamins.

Reason it’s not a good long term diet is because after some time the body will have to burn muscle for it’s protein needs, which lowers your metabolism and your ability to naturally burn a lot of fat. Some risk are kidney stones and constipation. Drink plenty of water if trying this (3-4 Quarts).

Example Meals

A. High fat ground beef with a lot of cream.
B. 1 oz macadamia nuts.
C. Egg yolks with heavy cream.
D. Cup full fat yogurt with coconut oil.
E. 3 Slices of bacon & cheese.
F. Tuna with 2 teaspoons of mayo & avocado
G. 2 oz cream cheese

This is a fad and extreme diet that has been proven to help people lose weight fast, but I don’t recommend that you do it without more information that you can get from here…. You may also want to read about a lady with Parkinson’s who lost 26 pounds. Also a side note is that if you do this for weight loss, then it needs to be combined with a 1,200 calorie diet for women and 1,800 calorie calorie total for men.
