If you’re looking to learn how to lose weight fast without pills, then you could quite possibly be on the most important piece of natural weight loss information that you have read today.

If you have been trying to lose weight for any amount of time you know that it can be tough, and it seems that everywhere that you look there are advertisements for how to lose weight fast, but they all seem to have a catch, either they want you to stir a powder, starve yourself, or take weight loss pill.

This doesn’t have to be the case. You can lose weight and lose weight fast without pills. It all starts with the desire to want to. I don’t mean that new year resolution kind of goal. This post is for people that would almost do anything to lose the weight. This information is for people who swell up with tears on occasion because they just want to lose the weight without pills and other harmful substances or insane weight loss surgeries.

Honestly weight loss pills suck anyway. They don’t help you do crap. That’s why they keep getting pulled off the shelves shortly after being released. But by then everyone has made their money and has moved on. The only pills you could use to aid in weight loss would be something to help you cleanse your colon. But even that you can do better and more effectively without pills.

How To Lose Weight Fast Without Pills

It first starts with your diet. You have to make the changes here first because if you don’t you could totally ruin your chances of fast weight loss. Your diet is the biggest change that you can make immediately that can have you starting to lose weight in 24 hours. It can also slow down the process or reverse it and cause you to gain weight.

You don’t want to do that. THE goal of your diet is to help you create a calorie deficit while at the same time supporting lean muscle growth.

Lean muscle mass is the single biggest factor in having a high metabolism. Why is a high metabolism important? Because your metabolism accounts for about 70% of all calories burned in a 24 hour period.

That’s a huge number. So, obviously the higher your metabolism the more calories you will burn at rest and the more calories you will burn while you work out.

See, as you get leaner and in better shape it is easier to stay that way. It is easier to eat what you want and stay fit and sexy.

To get lean you need to cut back on calories (not necessarily total food mass). It’s in the types of foods that you eat and how you cook them.

So, how do you get lean?

Cut back the calories, create a calorie deficit, do exercises that burn a lot of calories fast, and do exercises that build lean muscle.

This is how you become a fat burning machine.

What exercises should you do for building lean muscle?

1. Squats
2. Push ups or bench press
3. Lat pull downs

You can do all of these with or without weight.

What exercises should I do to burn fat fast?

1. Interval running for 20-30 minutes
2. Interval swimming for 20-30 minutes
3. Rowing machine for 20-30 minutes
