This three-day juice fast would help you to cleanse your colon where you could have food that is then stored from anywhere to 1 to 20 years. Also it would help you create a calorie deficit so that you lose weight during those days.

You can toss that in a blender with a little bit of milk and some frozen fruit like blackberries and blueberries or strawberries and have a wonderful meal replacement. The shake will probably be less than 300 calories with over 55 g of protein because of the milk also.
