How To Lose 1 Inch From Your Waist In 9 Days

If you are looking to learn how to lose 1 inch from your waist in 9 days, then you will love these two cool tricks to lose an inch in less than two weeks. This is not your typical “secret” or trick.

I have lots of running, biking, and sit up tricks, but this isn’t one of them and this is not a weight loss tip. By doing these two waist slimming tricks for 30 secs each, 4 times a day, you can expect to lose 1 inch from your waist in 9 days.

The Skinny Pose

The first move is the skinny pose. This is where you stand up tall, then close your eyes and try to suck in your belly button to your back. Visualize it being sucked in as far as you can into your lower back. Hold the “skinny pose” for 30 seconds. You want to do this 4 times a day.

The Sumo Elbow Crunch Cross

In this exercise you want to get into a “sumo squat” position with your lower body with your hands behind your head. Now go down and touch your right elbow on your left knee and then your left elbow to your right knee. Repeat this for 30 secs.

Now combine the two so that you do one for 30 seconds followed by the other for 30 seconds. You want to do this 4 times per day every day. You can break it up and do it once in the morning, lunch time, then dinner and just before bed. It’s up to you. You can also do it all at once.

Tips & Warnings
If you feel pain in your stomach because this is too much stress, then slow down on the cross crunches.
