It’s seems Impossible…
Like all the odds are against you, doesn’t it?
I mean, how do you really get rid of cellulite?
Do you use cellulite cream?
Do you get cellulite surgery?
Do you get massages to make the cellulite go away?
Is there really a cellulite cure?
There is so much information about the government not regulating the food industry that’s causing you to have cellulite.
There is so much confusing information about whether or not cellulite is a disease or a condition of sorts.
There is so much confusing information about the nature of those embarrassing dimples we call cellulite on our trouble spots causing us to feel ashamed and downright uncomfortable about wearing bikinis, tight clothes, or being seen without any clothes on for that matter.
All of the cellulite treatments are really expensive and don’t seem to be that effective.
So, what do we do?
3 Myths About How To Get Rid Of Cellulite?
1. You can get rid of cellulite with a cellulite cream?: I am sorry to disappoint, but I think that you know the answer to this one already. I am just confirming what you already know…cellulite creams don’t work. It’s because they don’t address the real cause of cellulite. They are just stealing your hard earned cash.
2. Cellulite is a Disease: Cellulite is not a disease, although it may seem like it sometimes… And there is no, “take two of these and call me in the morning” cellulite treatments. That’s for sure.
3. Massages are the Cellulite Cure: Nope! There is no massage that can be geared toward making cellulite go away that is effective. Although massages do help with blood circulation, relaxation, and in a very small way, help the “appearance” of cellulite, they don’t address the real, root cause of cellulite, so massage could never be the cure.
There is a proven effective way to get rid of cellulite. It just doesn’t “lie in bed” with surgeries, pills, powders, and crazy ideas of getting poked with needles.
It does take one change though and it has to do with your lifestyle.
I hope this sheds some light on how to get rid of cellulite.
To Your Immediate and Lasting Success with Cellulite,
Kenney
P.S. Go here to discover how to get rid of cellulite. Not a treatment, a cover up, or an idea to smooth the appearance of cellulite, but actually get rid of it for good.

Good post. I do agree that the best treatment is the natural treatment. I would like to point out a few arguments on the other side if that’s okay. Many now believe a large part for cellulite is genetics and specific composition. Cellulite creams are supposed to work with those compositions so your mileage may vary. The second part is that it probably won’t make it disappear but maybe shrink or move it to another part of the body. Either way, research is still out there to determine if it’s temporary or permanent. My personal opinion is that cellulite creams are worth trying in addition to a great diet and exercise program, but not as a sole cure. I found these two links in my research. The first is at livestrong.com where subjects had success in applying cream to one thigh and one hip for thirty days and leaving the other untouched.

The other is a nice write up at vanderbuilt.edu where if anything experiments found some subject had temporary success but for the most part (per your point) diet and exercise was the best treatment.

Great post, thank you!
Hey Abbie: Thanks for the insight. I want our readers to have as much info as they can get. I don’t agree with creams or any topical rub as a help for cellulite simply because cellulite is caused by excess fat. So, the only way to get rid of cellulite is to get rid of excess fat. There is fat that we have to have for health and a little more than that is great to… but when we start to have to much excess, then the cellulite starts to form. This actually happens in guys also who have to much fat. I see it all the time. Usually around their stomachs or backs. It’s even worse when their is very little muscle in the area. no just because you are skinny, doesn’t mean that you aren’t fat… just wanted to clear the air on that before it comes up later.
You never see cellulite in places where there is little to no fat… for instance (I know this is an extreme example) look at a figure model… they don’t have it because they don’t have excess (or too much) un-needed fat.
So, I say all this to say that unless a cream dissolves fat (in which the body still would need to use the energy from the fat to get rid of it) it can’t help to get rid of cellulite. If this were the case… then insurance companies would start to ask overweight and obese people to start to use this cream in order to be insured because this would lower their cost of insuring them forcing them to make more money for shareholders. Or at least Mrs. Obama who has started a campaign for to help fight obesity, would start to promote this as a cure. That person would win a Nobel Prize or something.
Sorry for the long post… just had my morning coffee. lol
But thank you for the post, I still think that everyone should read more to “increase our knowledge”. I don’t want people to think that I don’t post comments because they are contrary to want I believe. And I am not always right
People should be able to make their own judgments. Anyhoo, hope you come back and get involved more. Like your spunk.
