How To Burn Fat For 18 Hours Straight

If you have been trying to learn how to burn fat, but have been stuck and not seeing the results that you want, then trying this little tip will help you to burn fat for up to 18 straight hours without any extra effort.

One of the biggest fat lies is that doing cardio is the best way to burn fat. It is not. Cardio only burns fat during the time that you are actually working out, and then only a very little bit. It also can have a negative effect if you are trying to build lean muscle (which you have to do in order to increase your metabolism).

How To Burn Fat For Up To 18 Straight Hours

You can burn fat for this long by doing high intensity interval training. High intensity interval training is exercising hard and fast for a short time interval, then taking a short rest, and hitting it hard again.

You usually workout for 30 seconds straight and rest for 30 seconds. You may start with a slow active rest like walking, then move to a more active rest like jogging. You can also shorten the time frames of rest as you get in better shape.

Example HIIT Workout

A. Turn the treadmill up (or run outside) so that you are at a level of perceived exertion of 6 or more (on a scale of 1-10 how hard you feel you are working). Run like this for 30 seconds.

B. Turn down the treadmill so that you are at a moderate to fast walking pace for 30 seconds.

C. Turn the treadmill back up so that you are working at a level of 6 or more of perceived exertion.

D. Repeat this for a total time of at least 9 minutes.

This will burn fat fast and will continue to burn fat for up to 18 hours later as your body rebuilds and recovers from the workout. Try this 3 times per week for 2 weeks and record your results. You can use this workout to burn fat faster than with any other exercise.
