So, of course, setting goals and managing goals are some really fabulous natural weight loss tips and it doesn’t cost a thing!

You may be thinking, yes, I’ve made those New Year’s resolutions before and they’ve failed me (or you’ve failed them).

Well, let’s make sure those New Year’s goals come to fruition in 2009!

Not only that, you can invite friends and family to join, either simply for themselves or to come and motivate and encourage you in the process. Very cool.

You can track and blog your progress, which keeps you on track. You have to live up to it with the people closest to you in the know and helping you all the way!

I think you can even join networks or groups, where people are working towards the same types of goals. Awesome!

They even have a kids section where goals can be set for them and it tracks their progress! Don’t forget 1 in 3 American children are obese or overweight. That’s a serious number of kids that should have some weight loss goals in the works.

Above all else, consider health when trying to lose weight. Another good way of losing weight is to join a weight loss challenge contest with good incentives and prizes.
