Great Review. I wouldn’t limit one program for your weight loss goals though. Always be willing to try new things as your may never know what works best. I have lost over 20 lbs of fat using a trainer and the diet was very strict, one cheat meal a day. Everything else was white fish and vegetables. It was well worth the effort. To be realistic aim to lose 10 lbs in one month and it will be quality consistent loss of fat.

While trying to lose belly fat it is important that you have a positive attitude.
I also think that changing your diet is more important for healthy weight loss than exercise, but combining them is ideal of course.

That’s definitely the nuts & bolts of it… But obviously more complex. Depends on how much you want to lose, goals, obstacles & strengths, & whether you are interested in just losing weight or in changing your body composition too… so that you are lean, healthy & fit… and not just “skinny”.

Genetics don’t play nearly amount of role that most people give them credit to. It doesn’t matter what your genetics are you are never predispose to being fat or obese. You may have a slight different approach that will help you to lose faster or keep it off, but it still comes down to calories in and cals out.
