Exercise To Lose Weight Fast: 4 “Cool” Ones

If you really want to reach your weight loss goals…

…then you will want to exercise to lose weight fast.

This is a must for fast weight loss.

Yes, you can lose weight by just dieting.
Yes, you can lose weight by doing a cleanse.
Yes, you can lose weight by having an insane surgery.

…But you will probably struggle with it. A cleanse will only get rid of waste weight. Dieting will help you to shed those pounds, but dieting alone is difficult to create the NEEDED consistent calorie deficit to lose weight fast.

Dieting alone won’t give you any shape and make you look sexy.
Dieting and cleansing alone won’t give you all the health benefits that you can have from adding exercise.

If you want to lose weight consistently, and still be able to enjoy nice tasty foods, and not go crazy trying to stick to some insane diet, all out cleanse, fasting, or expensive (scary) surgery, then just add exercise.

Yes, you will sweat a little.
Yes, you will have to breath hard.
Yes, you will have to do this consistently.

…But if you do it right it will work out great for you.

You will lose weight.
You will keep the weight off easily.
You will be able to enjoy life long health benefits.
You will be able to move, look, and feel like you sooooo want and desire.

Exercise To Lose Weight Fast: 4 “Cool” Ones

In this post I just wanted to inform you that exercise is critical to successfully losing weight fast and to give you a couple of cool ones to help you.

1. Swimming to lose weight. It doesn’t get any cooler than swimming to lose weight. Plus there are so many benefits to swimming. It’s easy on the body and if you really need to lose 30+ pounds then it will help you to take off some of the wear and tear on the joints (knees, ankles, hips, and what not). If you can’t swim for a long period of time, it’s ok. The best swimming workout is with intervals anyway. Start with swimming at 40%-50% of your max speed, and swim for 2 minutes and then 1 minute off. Repeat for at least 20 total minutes.

2. Spin To Lose Weight. Spin classes are really “cool” and fun, especially bikes that have those big fans on them. lol. Spinning for weight loss is just riding a stationary bike. Now you don’t have to be in a class. You can bike for weight loss outside, or in the comfort of your own home. Use the same workout regimen for spinning or biking if you are by your self, but instead of taking that minute off for rest, just go a little slower… at a relaxing pace. Work up as you become more comfortable and get in better shape.

3. Rowing for weight loss. This is a “cool” one to because you can get the rowing machines with the fan on it too. lol. Rowing is a great workout and extremely effective because it is a total… full body workout. It shapes and tones at the same time that you can get a great cardio (aerobic) workout in too. Plus you can row outside. If you don’t have a row boat you can just use a canoe or kayak. Rowing on the water is really fun. There’s always this nice “cool” breeze ;) Plus it’s tranquil at the same time. Like my wife always says, there’s nothing like being on the water.

4. Underwater Aerobics. Ok ok, I had to add one more water one in there. But this is a great workout with a lot of benefits. If you are looking for a challenge, then you’ll want to test the intermediate or advanced classes at your local gym. They will have all kinds of little toys that you get to play with to make the workout fun, challenging, and intense.

The more intense your workout, the more calories you will burn per amount of time you work out.

This is just scratching the surface. There are tons more great exercises to lose weight quickly out there.

One of the most important things to remember is that you should do something that you find fun. A physical activity that you enjoy or can learn to enjoy because you find it interesting or peaceful.

Doing something fun or interesting is so critical because it will help you to be consistent. Having a positive partner or trainer helps a great deal too.

Well this has become a really long post so I guess I will let you off the hook. In this post I have showed you 4 cool exercises to lose weight fast, and gave you a couple of mini workouts that you can test. We also talked about the importance of exercise to help you lose weight.
