Eating Seafood Helps You Lose Weight Naturally

It’s true!

Why?
Because seafood and fish is low in fat and high in protein…

But that’s not all!

The best seafood benefit is that it’s also high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, which has been shown to decrease the growth of fat cells, as well as special fish proteins that reduce body fat mass!

That’s awesome news, right? To me it is…Seafood is my very favorite thing to eat on the planet! Now, I can eat more of it!

What’s even more fabulous about seafood is it is so quick and easy to prepare for meals, plus, it’s not too expensive to buy either, when you cook it at home!

shrimpkebab-123rf-2586646_blogMy favorite type of fish is tilapia – it’s like poor-man’s lobster to me! My favorite seafood – has to be LOBSTER of course, but my mom and husband would beg to differ as their fave is King crab legs!

When we went to Florida for our honeymoon, the best restaurants Orlando, to us, had the most seafood!

If you’re going to eat seafood out, just steer clear of dipping your fish into hoards of butter. Zest it up with lemon, and use the butter sparingly! Dishes with garlic and onion enhance flavor without all those calories and fat!

You don’t have to be in Orlando to eat great seafood. Many cities, especially larger cities, have sleek but relaxed seafood restaurants that are great for quiet, romantic dining, as well as catering for larger events…

…And, no matter whether you’re looking for Des Moines or Houston restaurants , many of them have seafood flown in fresh daily…You’ll know fresh seafood the first time you taste it, and vice versa!

* Tip: Don’t go back to a restaurant that has sub-par seafood!

If you’re in charge of organizing a company dinner, try a seafood place. Everyone can be happy, even if they’re on a diet!

Yeah… I heard that too. I haven’t done much research on that subject though to know how rich they are though.
