The trick that I am talking about is organizing and planning your meals. Eating the same meal a couple times per week goes close with these.

Anyhoo, if you plan your meals, you know exactly what you are going to eat. You will never have to just “grab something”. You will never have to worry about emotional eating because you will be able to just grab or make quickly the meal that is already been planned.

To do this, just stop for 15 minutes on Sunday, and write exact what you want to eat till Friday. Leave Saturday open for a “cheat” day. After dieting, it is important to have a cheat day, once every 7 days, in order to lose weight without the plateaus.
