1. Stopping Hunger: You will never lose weight if you don’t full up when you eat. This is a must. You can’t go hungry for to long. For one, you body will think that you are starving and start to store fat. This sucks because the double whammy is that you will also lower your metabolism… THIS is the biggest no no of all. You have to keep your metabolism running on high to achieve the greatest amount of weight loss success fast.

2. Lack of Time: Some many people have fallen into this deadly trap. They think that is takes a lot of time to lose weight. It’s doesn’t. You just have to be willing to make some changes. Those changes are no more difficult than any other new thing that you take on in life. It takes will and determination at first, but then your natural autopilot kicks in called habit and helps you along the way. Focus on the core factors in weight loss: eat till your full, eat naturally low cal and low fat, increase your lean muscle by focusing on large muscles first.

3. Emotional Eating: So many people wanting to lose weight do this and don’t even realize it. Emotional eating is simply eating that is associated with an emotion. You feel bad so you eat. It’s a holiday so you eat a lot of bad. It’s the weekend so you eat more. It’s late night so you eat. My boss pissed me off so I eat. Learning to replace this emotion is important. Every time that you feel that you are about to eat based on an emotional response, do something else. Go for a walk, call a friend, play a game.

These are the little known secret to helping you lose weight and overcome those traps that many people face when trying to shed those extra pounds.
