Autopilot Natural Weight Loss

Don’t you just hate it when you see those skinny people eating whatever the heck they want with no worries in the world?

…But the real question that you should be asking is, “How in the heck that is possible?”

How can you eat what you want and never have to worry about weight loss?
What can you do to put your body in this fat-burning state?
What’s the key to autopilot natural weight loss?

Here’s the answer:

They burn more calories than they take in in a day, on average, and much of it is on autopilot! What? How?

Simply, they have high metabolisms! So, am I saying that high metabolism is the key to eating what you want when you want? Yup!

How do You develop a high metabolism?

  • “Get yourself some lean muscle.” Think of muscle as being your fat burning super oven. The more lean muscle you have, the more fat you burn at rest. That means the more fat and cellulite that will be gone forever, from doing absolutely nothing. You should work on building lean muscle at least 3-4 times per week. It only takes 30 min. Circuit training is great for getting you in and out of the workout, while still getting a ton done.
  • Don’t overeat at every meal. This will be your toughest task…because the mind is telling you that you should continue to eat, even though you know you shouldn’t. You know that you should stop, but your mind keeps on saying, “Eat!” This is what you do:  Eat a good portion then stop! If you still feel like you just have to keep eating, then eat all the fruit and vegetables that you can and also drink water and natural juices. This will take some time to get used to, but these are very low calorie foods and you still get the feeling of being full. Also, I recommend reading the book, “Weight Loss Cure”.
  • Watch your overall weightloss trend. Just because you have a bad day or totally mess up your natural weight loss plan one day or two, or whatever, that doesn’t mean that you stop altogether. Keep at it! You will have a couple of good days, a couple of bad days, and some that are in between. The only number that matters is the overall trend. As long as, on the whole, you have more good days than bad, on average, you’ll be just fine.

Natural weight loss is a goal that you can achieve. Don’t give up!  Don’t throw in the towel…And don’t keep looking at that “freakin” scale everyday! That’s not the most important number. If you follow these steps above, just have faith that you’ll see the results that you desire in the end. The fat will melt away, your cellulite will disappear, your energy and self-confidence will spike, it’ll get easier every week, and you will be a healthier you.
