i manage to lose weight by doing lots of cardio workout, bench press and weight lifting. i also changed my diet into low fat and low carb diet.

@Bodydetox: I like how you mixed both cardio and weights. This is critical to developing a lean body and being able to lose weight.

Making the switch to eating lower fat foods I am sure was a big contributor to your weight loss. Be careful dipping to low on the carbs as it could cause health problems. Talk with ya soon.

Well, I have to disagree with one of your statement. Sweating does not make you healthy. If you sweat heavily while working at the gym and will not go to the shower right after your training, sweat can cause pimples because of toxins. Anyway, great information. Thanks for sharing it.

@Jack: Thanks for the thoughts. I like to debate and I hope that you come back. About sweating… that’s the point of sweating, to get rid of the toxins. If you don’t shower and get pimples that’s not the sweats fault it did it’s job by getting rid of the toxins, your job is now to go and shower and rinse them down the drain. So, sweating is very healthly and needed.

@Pine: I don’t agree pine. the best exercise that you can do is really a exercise that builds lean muscle. It’s key to increase your metabolism, burn more fat during workouts, and post workout. ;)
