Phase 1, Day 7 of The Maker’s Diet
Jan/091
It’s Day 7, Phase 1 of The Maker’s Diet.
Breakfast was low-key today, basic and simple.
Lunch was our leftover chili from dinner last night.
Dinner was stupendously delicious!
The recipe called to use turkey breast, but we just bought turkey “scallopini”, which is just the breast cut into thinner, more manageable pieces. We flash grilled them, and ate it on a salad with awesome Gorgonzola cheese, which I really, really love eating! Fantastic!
We finished off with some fresh fruit and voilà…another day down and smiles all around!
I’m not crazy about the flavor of the fiber from day to day that you mix in with your orange juice, but it’s not that bad…the end justifies the means!
* Note: I will not list exact and/or complete menus or recipes from The Maker’s Diet. It is a review of our experience.
* Note: The days may posted may not coincide with the days we performed this review. Our 40-day experience was consecutive and complete.
