Phase 1, Day 4 of The Maker’s Diet

We had a “fast” of sorts for part of the day.
We’ve also been taking the “Garden of Life” supplements too.
I don’t especially enjoy the taste of the fiber, but my hubby doesn’t mind it. I do appreciate the health benefits of it though.
We also added the Greens recommended today, as our Health Food Store was closed this weekend until today.
We get to eat dinner today, even though we were fasting most of the day, and are going to enjoy some tuna steaks, vegetables and salad. Of course, we’re eating watching the next 2 hr premier of 24! LOL
My mother’s on vacation, so it’s just Kenney and me this week.
I especially like going to bed early, as The Maker’s Diet requests! Yeah for a reason to go to bed early…LOL
