All of us are guilty of 1 or more of these bad habits listed above.

The main point to take out of this is:

My other good stumble friend, mumba, says:

“Eat nothing that has been processed and stay out of the car as much as possible.”

My new stumble friend, pantherviolet, suggest some good natural weight loss tips:

“Wish I did the only thing I know…drink lots of water – about half a gallon a day with lemon juice in it . It helps cut the appetite, and lots of water helps you lose some weight, along with a lot of walking…”

That is a super tip, except they do have some better things to eat, when you smell those fries, your taste buds go wild!!! LOL…

I think if you can focus on burning more calories than you consume, then you will be just fine. Get up and move for 20 mins a day 3 or 4 days a week, and don’t gorge on the junk food.
